DEFINITION

Activity – means any Camp, Club, Course, Event or Activity organised and operated through any member of Stay On The Ball Coaching.

Terms and Conditions – means the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to within it.

COVID – 19 UPDATE

Stay On The Ball Coaching are implementing new policies and procedures to reduce the risk of infection, however Stay On The Ball Coaching cannot be held responsible for transmission whilst attending a Stay On The Ball Coaching activity.

BOOKINGS

By booking a place for your child on any Activity you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Stay On The Ball Coaching offers an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by Stay On The Ball Coaching you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on an Activity.

All booked sessions must be paid for, regardless of your child’s attendance. Fees are non-refundable in the event of your child’s absence.

Fees are also non-refundable in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather, issues we deem to be detrimental to the Health & Safety of our coaches and players, or if we are delayed or prevented in performing our obligations by an event of force majeure.

For safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on ANY Activity to those booking in advance. Those that arrive on the day will not be guaranteed a place on the activity.

Before booking, please ensure your child is able to attend the Activity and meets the conditions for such Activity as listed on our website.

PROMOTIONS

Stay On The Ball Coaching may from time to time offer promotions, in the event that you have been issued with a promotional code, this code must be redeemed and used in accordance with both the terms and conditions of that promotion and these Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT

Stay On The Ball Coaching Holiday Camp payments are due on the time of booking.

All Afterschool and Development Centre players must be signed up to our monthly credit/debit card payment plan. The monthly payments cover 12 months of the year.

CANCELLATIONS

Your Afterschool and Development Centre booking can be cancelled at any time. To cancel a subscription, please contact us via email at info@stayontheballcoaching.co.uk  stating your name, contact number, child(s) name, child(s) DOB and school. Please we politely ask you to give 1 months’ notice to cancel. Your child will still be able to attend during this notice period. 

CHILD PROTECTION

All Stay On The Ball Coaching staff hold current child protection and DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure, or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy of which is available on request to Stay On The Ball Coaching.

FILM/PHOTOGRAPHY

Stay On The Ball Coaching may from time to time take photographs/film of any activity, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising our activities through our literature, website, press and TV.

Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make Stay On The Ball Coaching aware of this at the time of booking or placing the information on the player registration form. 

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Stay On The Ball Coaching cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending an activity. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children.

HEALTH & SAFETY

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. Stay On The Ball Coaching staff hold a current emergency first aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing consent for Stay On The Ball Coaching to administer any and all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time.

For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads.

Stay On The Ball Coaching reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection.

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the Activity being undertaken and weather conditions.

MEDICAL INFORMATION

Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed (1) at the time of booking in writing to Stay On The Ball Coaching at registration and (2) to the lead coach on the activity or at the venue.

LIABILITY

Stay On The Ball Coaching has Public Liability insurance with cover provided by Protectivity Insurance.

PROGRAMME CHANGES

In the event that Stay On The Ball Coaching has to cancel an activity for any reason, a credit note for the full value of the booking fee paid will be issued to the person who booked or alternative provisions to stage the activity at another time will be arranged and confirmed to all, if you are unable to attend at the alternatively arranged time and confirm this to Stay On The Ball Coaching, we will issue with a credit note to the full value of the booking fee paid.

In the event of poor weather, Stay On The Ball Coaching Holiday Camps have suitable indoor areas to change, meet and eat lunch, and suitable indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of Stay On The Ball Coaching.

LEAVING AN ACTIVITY

Any child that is collected must be collected by a parent or guardian and such parent or guardian must sign the child out of the Activity with a member of Stay On The Ball Coaching staff. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any activity will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the Activity.

COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the senior coach at the activity. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures.

If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please write to our customer service info@stayontheballcoaching.co.uk within 7 days of child’s attendance on the activity.

We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if Stay On The Ball Coaching is proven to be in breach of these Terms &Conditions.

INFORMATION

The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site.

These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and Stay On The Ball Coaching.

By booking an activity with Stay On The Ball Coaching you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions.

If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent Court then such term shall be struck out but the remaining terms within these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force to the full extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
